AHPRA registered Provisional Psychologist (PSY0002481091)

I provide research-supported treatments, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based techniques. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, supporting them in navigating various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma.

Taking the first step towards therapy can be overwhelming, so I prioritise creating an environment that is warm, welcoming, inclusive, and free from judgment. I also recognise that each client's journey is unique, and I am committed to tailoring my approach to suit the specific needs and circumstances of each individual.

In our collaborative space, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and foster meaningful change, one step at a time. And who knows, we may even find ourselves sharing a few laughs along the way!

Consultations:  Monday and Tuesday
