I work with children and adults from a wide range of backgrounds, supporting them in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and exploring neurodivergence. I take an integrative approach to my work, blending elements of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices.
I have a particular interest in treating trauma and eating disorders, and as someone with a rural upbringing, I am especially passionate about supporting clients from regional and remote communities.
I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where every client feels heard and valued. Understanding that each person’s journey is unique, I tailor my approach to meet individual needs, helping clients move toward their goals with confidence and support.
