I help people work through mental health difficulties such as burnout, depression, grief, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and particularly, complex trauma. It’s rewarding to help people who are struggling with longstanding troubles and we work together to build rewarding and effective outcomes.
I also work with with couples who want to explore challenging issues or who wish to enhance their relationships. In my journey with clients, I employ cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT). I am trained in schema therapy and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
I approach treatment in a systemic way and through a polyvagal lens. I completed my training in Malaysia and I enjoy working with clients of all creeds, ethnicities, and beliefs. No client exists in isolation; a strong, warm therapeutic relationship coupled with solid research-supported treatment is important in everyone's path towards wellness.
Consultations: Monday to Thursday
