I have recently completed my Master of Psychology (Clinical) program at the University of South Australia. I work with clients of all ages, from young children and their families to adolescents and adults, and I have a particular interest in working with people of colour and LGBTQIA+ populations. I believe in creating a non-shaming, honest space where you can build trust and have a voice in shaping your therapy.
My experience includes addressing substance use difficulties, sleep issues, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and BPD. I utilise modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches. My special interest areas in adult ADHD and obsessive- and compulsive- related disorders.
Outside of psychology, I love creating visual art. I believe art and storytelling help to create meaning and find healing. I'm open to integrating the arts into sessions for a creative therapeutic approach, especially for younger clients.
