Currently specialising in Telehealth service delivery, I use a variety of modalities to work with clients throughout their lifespan. I employ CBT and ACT to create an individualised proven therapeutic practice for each client. I have a strong interest in schema-informed therapy, and working with people with long-standing issues.

I have worked with a variety of clients with physical and mental issues, including those with disordered eating and body image, anxiety and depression, PTSD, drug and alcohol dependence, cognitive decline, sports performance anxiety, sleep disorders, vision impairment, and postpartum depression. I also enjoy working with couples in relationship crisis.

I have over 20 years of experience teaching the structured physical discipline of yoga, which helps people cultivate better health and wellbeing using meditation, mindfulness, breathing awareness, and relaxation. Tying these skills into my psychology practice gives me a "whole of life perspective" on client treatment.

Consultations: Telehealth Specialist  12.00-6.00pm on Monday, Thursday and Friday
